Justice Adigazi announces retirement

Tamara - Órun Adigazi, a justice for the Superior Cassation Court of Agausia, announced Tuesday that he would be retiring at the end of 2022. Adigazi has had ailing health since recovering from two heart attacks: one in 2015 and one four years later. 

 Adigazi has been a member of the Superior Cassation Court since 1997, and is its longest serving and oldest member. At the time of his retirement Justice Adigazi will be nearing his 64th birthday.  The justice was nominated as chief justice in 2004 by president Vladimer Zoriḱini and again in 2007 by president Olarazi. 

At this time it is unclear who the magistrate council will nominate to fill the vacancy in the court.

О́run Adigazi, Agûzës ûmaǵlesi saḱasatsëo sasamartlos mosamartlem, samšabatsëâ gamoatsëkada, rom is 2022 tsëlis bolos gadadgeba ṕensâze. Adigazi ori gulis šet́evit gamožanmrtelebis šemdeg atsëukebda žanmrteloba; erti 2015 tsëls da erti otki tsëlis šemdeg.

1997 tsëlidan aris ûmaǵlesi saḱasatsëo sasamartlos tsëvri da aris misi ḱvelaze kangržlivi da kandazmé tsëvri. Ṕensâze gasvlis dros iust́itsës Adigazi 64 tsëlis iubiles ûaklovdeba. Iust́itsës tavmždomare 2004 tsëls ṕrezident́ma Vladimer Zoriḱini da 2007 tsëls ṕrezident́ma Olarazi daasakela.
