Guzda - On Saturday President Simon Aioviḱara met with members of the Saboloo Regional government, including governor Venet́â Ḱonst́ant́inovi (AL), to inaugurate a new international center in the port city of Guzda. The Mravalperovneba Čartuloba international headquarters is set to be the base of operations for the Guzda deep-seaport, which is set to be operational in early 2024.
Speaking to both national and international politicians, business owners and investors Aioviḱara spoke about the future of businesses and industry in Agausia:
"We are presented with a unique, yet unfortunate situation. With the war plaguing our northern neighbors [Russia and Ukraine] businesses which once set up shop will be looking for peace security and prosperity. I am here to tell you all that Agausia can and will provide an excellent base of operations for those who seek refuge. Agauisa is open for business, and with the competition of the Guzda deep-seaport, we will usher in a new age of for all Agausians."
With this announcement Aioviḱara hopes to attract business from Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, and from other nations in which the war has shifted the political and or economic climate.
